Würth Industry of North America (WINA) is composed of five sister companies with branches located all across the United States. We are consistently expanding and exhausting new territory and always looking for talented sales support.

What to Expect as a Sales Trainee

• Product Training & Demonstrations: This portion of the program is focused on building a foundation of product knowledge through visual demonstrations and hands-on experience. The product training centers around fastener identification, manufacturing and applications, as well as our proprietary product range.
• Manufacturer & Customer Visits: It is important to know where our products come from and how they are used. Training incorporates visits to fastener manufacturing facilities, as well as several visits to customers' production lines to see how our fasteners and products are used in a variety of assemblies and facilities.
• Ride-Alongs & Mentoring: Near the end of the program, trainees gain first-hand field experience on sales calls with our current sales representatives in various territories. Once field training is complete, trainees are paired with a knowledgable mentor as they embark on their sales career with Würth.
