In our automotive division, technology, purchasing and sales depart- ments are structured to the needs of the automobile industry, ensuring speed, reliability and process security.
The automotive division's core competency is technical consulting; it also combines a worldwide supplier network for almost all types of fastening elements with our very extensive logistics supply concepts.

| Service We'll advise you on any and every type of fastening element and we are experts in product standardization and, in turn, in reducing the array of parts. Bundling different product groups results in fewer suppliers and ultimately to more transparency and additional cost savings. We can also advise you on alternative production procedures, such as cold extruded parts instead of lathe-turned parts. We will take care of the small scale planning and stock the necessary safety stock. |
| Quality The quality of our products and services is designed to meet the high standards of the automobile industry. Our products are continually put through comprehensive quality and use tests in our own laboratories and workshops. Our management system, which is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and DIN EN ISO 14001, is designed as an integrated system allowing us to completely fulfil quality assurance, environmental protection, and work place safety requirements. We have expanded the management system to meet the demands of the automobile industry and VDA (German automobile manufacturer trade association) 6.2 certification requirements. Our head office in Künzelsau also has a quality assurance laboratory for mechanical and technological testing. We have access to this lab at all times |
| SLC container management We can deliver either in SLCs (small load containers) to receiving in accordance with VDA standards or directly to production lines with the kanban process. These consumption and need based systems significantly streamline purchasing, logistics and quality assurance processes, which in turn make it possible to procure fastening elements at much lower costs. |
